Vulpi Terms and Conditions of Use (EULA)

Welcome to Vulpi! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), acting as the End User License Agreement (EULA), govern your access to and use of the Vulpi mobile application. By downloading, registering, or using our app, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the application.

1. Age Requirements

Vulpi is an application designed to connect adults. To create an account and use our services, you must be at least 18 years old. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If we detect that a minor has created an account, it will be immediately deleted.

2. Rules of Conduct and User-Generated Content (UGC) - Safety Policy

You are solely responsible for the content (photos, texts, messages) you post on Vulpi. To maintain a safe community, there is a zero-tolerance policy against objectionable content and abusive users. It is strictly prohibited to post or send content that:

• Is offensive, racist, defamatory, harassing, or incites hatred.
• Contains nudity, explicit material, pornography, or graphic violence.
• Infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or the privacy of third parties.
• Is for commercial, promotional, spam, or scam purposes.

Moderation and Safety Mechanisms: Vulpi provides built-in tools for users to block abusive users and report any objectionable content immediately.

Zero Tolerance: Vulpi will review content reports within a maximum of 24 hours. We reserve the right to review, hide, or remove any content, as well as to permanently delete or suspend the account of any user who violates these rules, immediately, without prior notice and without the right to a refund.

3. Purchases, Subscriptions (Vulpi Pro), and Refunds

Vulpi offers premium features through paid subscriptions ("Vulpi Pro").

• Auto-renewal: If you purchase a monthly or annual subscription, it will automatically renew at the end of the billing cycle unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Payment Management: All payments are processed through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account. To cancel your subscription or change your payment method, you must do so from your device's store settings.
• Refunds: Purchases are final. Refunds are subject to the exclusive policies of Apple and Google. Vulpi does not process refunds directly.

4. Safety and Real-Life Encounters

Vulpi facilitates digital connections based on geolocation, but does not verify criminal backgrounds or the real identity of its users.

You are solely responsible for your safety and interactions with other users, both within the app and in physical encounters in real life. We strongly recommend taking precautions (meeting in public places, informing a friend) when meeting someone new.

5. Limitation of Liability

The application is provided "as is". Vulpi does not guarantee that the app will be free of errors, interruptions, or technical failures. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vulpi (and its creators) shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the app, loss of data, or the conduct of other users.

6. Account Cancellation

You can delete your account at any time from the app settings. Deleting the app from your phone does not automatically cancel your active subscriptions; you must cancel them in your app store.

7. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app. Your continued use of Vulpi after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
